Hi, I'm Ellie!

       I love to cook, and bake. When I was little I'd bake a cake every weekend. But then, I was only in it for the fun... which I still do now! But, now, I worry a little more about the presentation and taste.
       I'm so excited to share all of these recipes with you, some I've found, tried, and loved from other websites, and some that have been in our family for generations!
       I am a huge chocolate lover, so everything rich and chocolatey is my favorite. I've loved desserts since forever!
       I have an awesome family and two wonderful dogs! I love spending time with them and watching old movies from the 80's.  Lol, one thing you should know is that I'm very dramatic, and laughy. I laugh and smile a lot. I also love pinterest! I mean it's so addicting! Gah! It's just so awesomely addicting! I change subjects fast too... Hahaha, I love to laugh, and I love to read... I love good books that make you feel like they're pulling you into a whole new world! My life goal is to travel the world reading books that take my breath away, drink different kinds of tea, and write a little bit here and there... is that to much to ask for? I believe (this is gonna sound really cheesy) Don't be pushed by your problems... be led by your dreams! It's like being all optimistic :D
